Continuing education at JDU


The academics of the Centre for Lifelong Learning of JDU are committed to providing high quality learning opportunities to all age groups catering for their various needs. They pride themselves on providing a range of language courses, postgraduate studies, training programmes, lectures and cultural events that engage learners from all backgrounds.

The academic year 2017/2018 was the opening for six new fields of study of postgraduate programmes, with Educational institutions management, Career counselling and Public procurement: theory & practice being the most popular choice. Speech therapy was at the forefront of new fields of study managed by prof. dr hab. Iwona Nowakowska-Kempna – a renowned Polish Slavicist and philologist. 

Congratulations to all the students who have already successfully defended their bachelor thesis. This academic year the Centre granted the certificates in Educational institutions management, Career counselling and Public procurement: theory & practice. One more semester is left for Library & information science, Speech therapy and Teaching English in kindergarten & pre-school education.
