Welcome to the Faculty of Pedagogy:

The Faculty of Pedagogy is the oldest faculty of Jan Dlugosz University. The Faculty was established in 1974 when Teacher Training College was transformed into a Higher Teacher Education School. The Faculty provides blended educational experiences combining traditional and modern approaches in the process of teaching & learning. Traditional areas include pedagogy and physical education, and new fields of study include physiotherapy and psychoprophylaxis. The faculty has five scientific journals: Research Papers of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa – Physical Culture Studies and Research, Scientific dissertations of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa - Pedagogics, Scientific dissertations of Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa – Polish-Ukrainian Annual, The Educational Transactional Analysis Journal and Fundamentals of Education Journal.

The Faculty of Pedagogy comprises 3 Institutes that offer a range of educational opportunities in 6 fields of study with bachelor's and master's degrees.
